boo...missed class!!

the ironies of life...

I woke up late this morning, and then my nose started to bleed. It was 10:30am and I knew that I was going to be late for class. Nonetheless, I didn't want to miss my Young Offenders lecture, so I showered quickly and ran out the door without even attempting to dry my hair. Got to Don Mills around 11:15, Rod came at 11:25, and I thought to myself "if we can get to Sheppard/Yonge by 11:35, I can still make it to class on time"...=D!!

As the train pulled up to the stop, I saw 2 cops on the empty platform, and then realized that we were stopping on the opposite side!! You know, the Cinnabon side?? And when we got off, everyone was so lost and didn't know where to go...then we bumped into FLO!! Who was also late *hon* and trying to finish her assignment (due at 1pm?? lol) Was stuck at the station for ages b/c apparently, there was some emergency on one of the Southbound trains and so all traffic was stopped. There were supposed to be shuttlebuses, but we couldn't find those either. After about..hmm...20-30 mins, the subway started again and Flo went DT. I called Ben to tell him I won't be able to make it to class, and then Rod and I went to Fairview for lunch. Mmmm...Greek food!! =) Well, since I had nothing to do for the rest of the day and he had a 5 hour spare we went to watch...The Pacifier!! hahahahahaha =P OMG, it was pretty good. Dumb. Funny. But good. I like little Peter...hohohho~~ so cute!! =)

Then came home after the movie...wah, such a nice day outside, I should go for a walk in the park or grab some ice cream or something. But really, should start to reading all those books I got for my PHL 322 paper. Damnnnn...@_@!! And then gotta do some research for WDW 375 and go down to get books tomorrow. Gahhh...I need to write all of this down before I forget! LoL.

ohoh..I got a lot of candies today!! *happY* and Ben emailed me to say that lecture was really short today (so I guess I didn't miss much?) but we got our media analysis assignments back. Hmm...I wonder how I did on that~~ ohh, such a beautiful day today, I want to go out and ride my bike or something!! err...except for the fact that my bike is at my aunt's house...umm, in Richmond Hill?? ^_^

omg...almost forgot...today is like the super duper birthday day...everyone's birthday is today!!

time to update...

its been a good couple of days that I haven't blogged...and what has been up with me?! oh..crap. I don't even know where to start -_-"

Let's see...well, all night Wednesday/Thursday morning, I was up webcamming with *you* as we kept each other company through the longgggg night!! hahaha...Flo had to study for stats and I had to work on my Youth Justice paper. Set a goal at 6am to make myself an instant noodle, and boy, was it yummy!! MSNed with KK and Chrissy also...poor dude had an econ paper due at 12 and he was a little stressed (maybe you should start going to class or doing your readings!! =P) ...at around 9am, Flo went to take a nap as I continued to work on my paper. Bad news was that auntie decided to visit me (at such a BAD time!!) and so I had to take a nap. Woke up from my nap and wanted to keep working but my cramps were KILLING me...(hahaha, Flo got to watch me "deen lai deen hui" on the webcam, LOL) my mom was off that day, and when she saw me she was like "wah! you look like a zombie, don't go to class!" ...I guess I looked a little pale...from lacking a week of sleep...and auntie -_-"!! So ya, although I ended up finishing my paper on time, I decided it was a better idea to stay home that night. Instead of TTCing down and then TTCing back up...so I emailed my paper to my TA and told her I'll give her a hard copy on Monday. Then I talked to Fud and he scared me and said that some TAs won't count email copies, so I called cheaps and had him print out my paper and run it over to WW. Poor dude was working on his group project @ BA and I made him walk alllllll the way up to WW. hahaha =P I LOVE YOU MAN!! I know I can always...and I mean ALWAYS...count on my cheaps!! *winkwink* I don't know how to explain it...the moment he picked up the phone and I asked him if he was on campus, he already knew that I needed a favour from him. And when I told him I needed him to print out my paper and hand it in for me, his reaction was "ok, where's your class" =) I kinda feel bad for him...b/c he can't exactly say NO to me, and I know that he would never say NO to me (or else I'd pound him to crumbs! wahahaha...) but just...I don't know. It's just one of those things...something that cannot be explained. I guess thats what he means by the "muck kai" that we have...its just this understanding and unconditionalness that we have for each other...hahaha...what the hell am I talking about? All I really mean to say is...cheaps, you're the best!! or should it be..."you're the bread"?? LOL...love you man...=)

So finally, I got some sleep on Thursday night...but seriously, nothing can make up for all those allnighters. And considering I woke up about 3-4 times that night...I can't really call it "good sleep"...but it was sleep, nonetheless. Friday was nice b/c it was just me and my mom in the morning and we went to SAT for the Good Friday ceremony. We tried to fast but it was kind of difficult b/c it was my uncle's birthday (also Ren and Regina's bday!!) and we went out for dinner afterwards. Everyone ordered steak and lobster, and so my mom and I both ordered a seafood fettucine...which, btw, tasted SOOO GOOOD!!! I almost felt like I had to go to confession eating that plate of pasta! wahahaha =P *drooling* just thinking about it~~

Then today (Saturday) had to get up early to go DT for rehearsals for the group presentation. Blah...although not all 14 of us could show up, I think everything went OK (kinda). I think I have no more patience..haha...used it all up today! It's really hard to coordinate a group of 14 ppl, and I seriously hope I get a good mark for this, b/c if I don't..Shen will never here the end of it! I just hope everything will work out in the end...blah, sooo much shit to do. Handout, outlines, props, minutes....@_@!!! And I was hoping to get some rest tonight~ booo...

The good news is, I get to go eat Jap buffet with my family tonight!! woohoo..the little cousins are coming out from Waterloo, so it should be fun to take them for Jap stuff. I'm still kinda full from afternoon tea (with Fud & Ben @ Mei Wa) but hey...you all know I can always eat another meal~ wahahaha...so I plan to take a nap before dinner. Screw the work. Do it tonight =P Hmm..so I guess this means I won't be going to the Easter Vigil?? Oh well...

Wah...now that Lent is over, I get to eat chips and candies again!! But seriously, no craving at all. Maybe just for my coke candies, but I'm gonna save those for later =D I have a bag of Lays Sour Cream & Onion chips in front of me and its really not that attractive. I think I'd much rather eat a pepper or some celery!! hahaha...the Lent has made me a healthy wuss =) actually, it also made me very "chan"...@_@!! haha...wuss chan...flora woo? =P jokes jokes...should be wuss fong and flora yu!! LOL...did anyone watch JSG last night? heheeheehe...my honey was on!!! ^_^

okok...time to catch some sleep now...*yawn* ..hope Flo gets her readings done. Oh, and lunch with the Peace gang after mass tm...Pickle, if you're reading this...I need a ride! LoL =P

what a day!!!...where do I begin??

Well, first of all, I woke up late this morning for my "webcam date" with CPang (haha, John Travolta? LOL) but still got to catch up with him a bit before I headed to class. It's been 5 months since I've "seen" him, and the dude looks like he's doing OK...he claims that HK makes ppl smile less? yo guy, smile more man...=D *YEEEEEE* ...hahaha, I did something really "been tai", and took a pic of our screen?! um...I don't know if that makes sense, but maybe I'll post the picture up in here if I ever figure out how to do that! *hon*

Then, off to class I go (was late due to buying food! haha) and we had a guest speaker today. Donna Smith from Turning Point Services (shelter for homeless youth) came in to talk to us, and it was AWESOME!! Didn't like how Cesaroni kept interrupting her though =P Maybe one day I can volunteer at one of those shelters...I bet it would be a cool experience!

Ben went off to eat and hand in his psych paper after (good luck with Crime & Mind!!) and I went to Gerstein and Bora Laskin to return my books. Then went to Pratts to read a bit for my Youth Justice paper (due tm @ 6pm that I haven't started!! wtf) Had our third group meeting for the Confucius group from 4-6...and I have to say, this presentation is driving me up the wall!! It's really hard to work/compromise with 14 ppl!!! ahhhh...wanna die -_-" so I'm just crossing my fingers that things will turn out OK...should know by tm night *sheesh*

Then came home....now sitting in front of the comp eating my "dinner". Really don't have much motivation to work on the Youth Justice paper...and I have about 22 hours left. Thats, considering I don't sleep and don't have to TTC downtown!! hahahaha...crazy. Just crazy. Damn UT. Can't wait to get out of here!!!!!!

Cheaps just told me he got the RBC job...congrats!! But that means no HK for him~ *sigh* would have been fun to go back together...but now I don't even know if I'll be going back. Blah, who cares, worry about that after April 8th. Damn, still have to submit my resume to State Farm. And WHYYY doesn't that Troy dude reply to my emails?!?! ....

blah...right now, I feel...@_@!!!
