Praying for JPII
what a day!! *thank you for being with me through all of it* =D
Flo, my parents, and I'm sure a lot of other people are at Church right now...attending mass just for our Pope. For the entire day, I was thinking back on the 2 times that I got to "see" him during WYD 2002. I think the impact of that was...indescribable. As I was telling SY, when he said to us "youth, you are the salt of earth, light of the world" it was like a lightning bolt hit me. A direct command from God, telling me that I have to do something with my life, and not just for myself, but for others around me, for the world...for Him. WYD2002 changed my life forever. For the first time ever, I felt that I had REAL brothers and sisters (thanks Peace!) and felt genuine LOVE. From people I've only met for a week, and others who came from every corner of the world...amazing is all I can say. Also, during WYD2002, many miracles occurred, and those who were there witnessed it with me.
The GT promotion team should be in Kingston right now...and heading to Ottawa and Montreal for the weekend. Best of luck!! Wish I could be there with you guys, but you know I'm always praying for you~~ Poor Boss has to drive all the way!!
It's Peace tonight (my group is leading) but I am not able to attend. With 3 finals and 2 papers in 4 days next week...I think I really need to get cracking. However, I did promise my cutie siu bing sai lo (wah, what a long name!) to help him with the UTCCC grad gifts...which I will do tm!! I believe that God will not give me something I cannot handle, so...the busier I am, the more I want to do...because then, the more efficient I can be!! ^_^
Finally submitted my resume to SF today...but mom said chances are like, super low *hon* Looks like wuss will be going back to HK this summer...but if I do, I'll miss so many birthdays and convos....noooo!! boo =( We'll see what happens~
Once again, thanks to my sor lo for everything =D It wasn't until today that I realized how important it is to have someone who actually understands...and not just, trying to be considerate. Thanks for all your love and support!!~~
